SUMMARY:
Debtors Administrator (Credit Controller) required - Edenvale

POSITION INFO:

This position requires a candidates with strong Controlling experience and abilities - Book Value - R20 million - High volume Invoices

Main Duties

Verify no-term accounts applications and open on accounting systems
Submit Invoices/POD’s and statement to customers
Follow up on unpaid no-term accounts
Prepare credit write-offs weekly
Issue EFT reference to the branch for cash account payments
Allocate payments daily from age analysis
Investigate and resolve “on account” payments
Forward outstanding no-term accounts to branches
Various debtors reports as required

Minimum Requirements

3 years working experience
Strong Administration skills
People skills
Problem solving ability
Attention to details
Good knowledge of excel
Be able to multi-task
Work well under pressure with minimal supervision
Working hours 08:00 - 17:00
