POSITION INFO:
Our client operates within a multifaceted business environment, supporting a variety of supply chain and administrative functions. The company offers a fast-paced office setting with a focus on coordination, accuracy, and document control.

This role will be responsible for capturing data accurately, managing administrative functions, and supporting order tracking processes. The successful candidate will assist with documentation, maintain order records, and ensure timely updates across departments. The position requires consistent use of Excel and close attention to operational details.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and maintain accurate data in company systems
• Track and update order numbers and related information
• Handle general administrative tasks, including filing and documentation
• Assist with the preparation of relevant operational documentation
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and completion
• Update Excel spreadsheets and reports as required
• Follow up on outstanding orders or queries
• Organise and manage electronic and physical records
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security
• Perform daily checks to verify data accuracy
• Support the team with any other administrative duties as required
