JOB DESCRIPTION:

Debtors Controller/Collections Clerk

Midrand

Salary: R17k to R20k

5 years’ experience doing Debtors, specifically Debt Collection.

Thesuccessful individual needs to be well versed in Excel for Reconciliation and Reporting purposes.

Also have great communication skills via e-mail or telephone – firm with customers but polite and respectful.

SAP Business One is a prerequisite for this position. – it has to be SAP B1 or SAP Business One –normal SAP WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED

The position will focus mainly on Debt Collection via both e-mail and telephone however also needs to be able to tackle an account, process a reconciliation and identify queries or shortfalls and then liaise with the customer (or internally) to resolve timeously.

This individual needs to have good interpersonal skills to work closely with the Operations Team as it will be vital to their roll to resolve queries and or issues.
