Scope and General Purpose:

To assist management with the day-to-day compilation and completion of all financial and statistical returns required by the company

Responsible to:

Accounting Manager

Assistant accountant

Financial Manager

Executive Director

Hours of Work:

Maximum of 45hours per week

Duties & Responsibilities

Customer Account Management – Create, update, and maintain accurate customer account records; process invoices, credit notes, and payment allocations.
Debt Collection – Reconcile accounts, identify overdue payments, follow up with customers, and escalate unresolved debts.
Accounting Support – Assist with reconciliations, cashbook processing, and month-end/year-end procedures.
Reporting – Generate weekly sales reports and debt status updates.
Customer Service – Handle account queries, resolve billing issues, and communicate with both customers and internal teams.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Previous experience in a similar role
