Our successful Database Capturers …
· accurately capture all applicable data into relevant databases according to specified formats and time frames
· maintain the confidentiality of information by not divulging any database information to guests or any outside party without the appropriate authorisation
· conduct hygiene/cleaning operations on relevant databases to ensure data integrity
· manage queries promptly and professionally
· produce accurate reports timeously
· work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately.
· Provide data entry support across departments on an ad-hoc basis.
· Review data for deficiencies or errors.
· Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records
