SUMMARY:
Our Legal client based in Randburg is seeking an energetic, innovative Data, Reporting, and System Administrator to join their team
Salary: R 12 000 - R 18 000 CTC per month based on experience

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

5+ years of experience in data management, reporting and processes
Excellent computer skills and demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office
Excellent writing skills and ability to present large information in an easily useable format and layout
Ability to express clearly and concisely ideas and concepts in written and oral form
A team player with good interpersonal skills over email, by phone and in person
Fluent in English and Afrikaans, speaking, reading and writing
Responsible for data integrity, completeness, and accuracy across systems
Coordinate, develop and implement procedures to enhance data accuracy, completeness, and validity
Responsible for will and advisor administration process and all system processes
Responsible for monthly reports – Internal and External
Assist management in overseeing company processes and compliance requirements
