• Expert with Microsoft products: Office, SQL and Microsoft Reporting Services.

• Implementation of Software engineering best practises in solutions product development
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of Industrial information systems hardware and software
• Flexibility to work with different Applications software, in the MIS field
• Developing programs to process text files into the database and extract from it
• Good written and spoken communication skills; and an ability to write good technical reports

• Matric (Grade 12)
• National Diploma/ BSc/BA: Information Technology: Computer Science or related
• Professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) 

• Min 3-5 years working experience in a relevant field
• Proven working experience as an IT / OT Administrator, System Administrator or relevant experience
• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), patch management and cloud technologies
• Ability to create scripts in VB.net, HTML, Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, A+ or other language
• Internet security and data privacy principles
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Expert in Computer hardware: PC’s, Servers and VM etc.
• Experience with Microsoft Active directory Domain controllers
• Experience with VMWARE virtual technologies and backup methods
• Beneficial experience on Linux systems like Kubernetes
• Beneficial experience Network infrastructure, Network Setup and Fire-Wall configurations
