SUMMARY:
Are you passionate about building strong client relationships while driving business growth? An established financial services provider is looking for a Customer Success Consultant to manage and grow an existing client portfolio, ensuring long-term retention, satisfaction, and revenue expansion.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being client-facing, proactive, and commercially driven, with exposure to banking or payments environments.

POSITION INFO:
Key responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients through strong relationship management
Identify cross-sell and organic growth opportunities within current accounts
Onboard new clients and provide ongoing training and support
Conduct regular client meetings and on-site visits to strengthen partnerships
Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively manage retention risks
Maintain accurate client and activity records within the CRM system
Provide administrative and sales support to ensure smooth client operations
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries efficiently
Support marketing initiatives and attend client or industry events
Travel as required to engage with clients and support business objectives

Skills and Requirements:

Matric or equivalent qualification (essential)
Formal qualification in sales or marketing (advantageous)
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer success, sales, or client relationship roles
Background in financial services, banking, or payment solutions is essential
Proven track record of managing and growing existing client accounts
Strong client engagement and relationship-building abilities
Commercial mindset with a focus on results and revenue growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with strong administrative and attention-to-detail skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused
