Job title: Customer Success Consultant

Our client, based in Somerset West, is looking for enthusiastic, self-disciplined and dedicated people's person who is interested in property management & software solutions and has extensive rental experience and knowledge to join their team in the position of Customer Success Consultant as soon as possible.

Company: Our client is a rapidly growing South African software company specializing in the developing solutions for the property management industry. They are committed to developing the most advanced end-to-end property management ecosystem, enabling seamless migration processes, and providing dedicated training and support services to ensure customer success.

Overview and Skills needed:

• Customer Success Consultants must know the company's products inside out. They are often called upon to provide support to clients to be able to provide additional training on our solutions.
• They may even help clients plan and understand the best ways to utilise their software on the customer's business needs.
• The Customer Success Consultant is not focused on making sales, but rather on educating their customers on the flexibility and capabilities of their software so customers are encouraged to continue using our services.
• Proven ability to handle a significant volume of data
• Strong demonstrated verbal and written (email) skills
• Advanced excel skills
• Training & educational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail

Requirements:

• Technical ability to understand software solution functionality
• Must have a desire to keep up-to-date on technology trends, developments & best practices Must have a positive phone demeanour
• Ability to work under pressure
• Self-management and time-management
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Operational rental management experience would be beneficial
• Knowledge of rental legislation and laws would be beneficial

Salary: R20k-R24k p.m. (depending on experience)

Location: Somerset West (office-based position)
