SUMMARY:
Durban Based Company urgently looking for Customer Services Agents.

POSITION INFO:

Must be able to take inbound and make outbound calls

Must be able to capture and log orders for customers

Capture orders on SAP CRM and desk related calls

Keep records of customers

Must be able to resolve customer complaints and queries

Must be able to communicate well and in a professional manner.

Follow up on customer orders

Must be able to handle a high volume of calls

Requirements

3-4 years call centre and customer services background

Be able to work on SAP or CRM systems

Good telephone etiquette

Positive attitude and vibrant personality

Good computer skills
