Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

â Matric certificate
â NQF Level 5 certificate (non-negotiable)
â 2-3 years of experience in a banking call centre environment, handling high-profile clients (non-negotiable)
