SUMMARY:
Our Cape Town based client who offers business process outsourcing services is looking to hire an experienced Customer Service Agent.

POSITION INFO:
EMPLOYMENT TYPE       :          PERMANENT
SECTOR :          CALL CENTRE
START DATE :          12 November 2021

REQUIREMENT:

Matric
1- 2 years’ experience in Customer Service Call Centre
Neutral Accent
Computer Literate
Experience with USA clients (advantageous)
Able to work shifts
Flexible, motivated, energetic and result orientated
Problem solving skills
Attentiveness and patience
Multitasking and organizational skills
Strong technical ability
Proficiency with email
Support ticketing system
Own transport

Hours:

Shift between Monday and Saturday (Every second Saturday)
USA Public Holiday Roster

SALARY

Basic – R7 500
Attendance Bonus – R500
Shift Allowance – R500
Commission and Incentives – Up to R2000

Medical Insurance and Emergency Assistance after 3 months of employment
Internal LMS with access to over 70 courses
