SUMMARY:
This multinational FMCG ingredient manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to be based in Cape Town to ensure excellent customer service within the sales department.

POSITION INFO:

Qualification

  • Matric
  • Relevant tertiary diploma/degree

Requirements

  • 4 - 6 years experience in a similar position within the FMCG industry.
  • SAP system experience is essential
  • Own transportation

Duties

  • Execution of optimal customer service
  • Prepare quotations, enter orders and update customer information on the system using SAP
  • Assisting the sales department with conditions of delivery, monitoring order quantities, paymet terms, batch sizes and pricing.
  • Attend to and monitor customer complaints, issue of credit notes, etc.
  • Liaise with the Warehouse and Dispatch department to ensure all orders are delivered on time.
