SUMMARY:
We are looking for an energetic Customer Services Consultant coming from a food and beverage background to join this entity in the Winelands.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Sales/Marketing qualification
More than 4 years experience in a similar role and dealing with international clients
Experience with SAP
Own transport

Duties will involve but not limited to:

Updating database
Staying up to date with payment terms and delivery conditions
Assist team with orders where needed
Process samples
Quotes using SAP
Monitor prices, contracts, customer complaints
