POSITION INFO:

We seek to appoint a Customer Service Consultant at our Montague Gardens branch. The primary responsibility is to assist walk-in and account customers with their cutting list needs while delivering professional and quality service. The role includes collecting and scheduling cutting orders, ensuring accuracy, coordinating with the sales team and customers, assisting with quotations and occasional sales, and performing general administrative tasks.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
10 years of experience in the board industry
Experience in MaxCut & Optiplan
Product knowledge of boards
Knowledge of MF Office Products
Communication skills—verbal and written

Good written and verbal communication skills
