SUMMARY:
To improve overall customer experience, increase sales lead conversion rate and reduce terminations thus maximizing on income generated in all Gauteng Depots.

POSITION INFO:

Record sales/ complaint interactions on database
Follow up on interactions
Document management (Filing and retrieval)
Proactively manage carryover lists by effectively communicating expected delays with each customer.
Resolution of customer complaints by acting as liaison between operations (and other functions) and the customers
Advice and service to customers on “one stop” service provision and facilitating this process
Manage house accounts by means of monthly courtesy calls.
Manage operational requirements/constraints
Product Exposure
Manage complaint interactions by utilizing customer complaint log managed on daily basis to ensure items resolved in reasonable timeframe.
Update customer card/database management (CRM)
Manage mailboxes (Bookings, Tenders, Leads, Complaints)
Facilitate customer increase letters process
Provide customers with statements and/or invoices on request
Assist debtors clerks with CRM pricing during invoicing process
Issuing of basic quotations to clients upon approval of Sales Manager
Ensuring leads were basic quotations are sent out to clients are closed off
Feedback from customer (obtaining critical info from client e.g. SDS Documents)
Gathering Market and operational and Customer information/trends
Inform Sales Rep of new tasks or appointments
Conduct cold calls in line with target sheets provided
Inform Sales Rep of Customer Status
Feeding future trends back to management
Manage customer service requirements/bookings
Notify clients of any service delays due to overdue invoices, credit limits and technical facility acceptance
Any other reasonable adhoc duty as required or requested by management
