SUMMARY:
Parts Sales Executives - East Rand - Gauteng

POSITION INFO:
A well-established dealership is urgently looking for 2 x Parts Sales Executives to join their Parts Department in the East Rand of Gauteng.

Requirements:

Must have Parts Sales experience in the Automotive Industry
Grade 12
Computer Literate
Work well under pressure
Multitasker
Customer care skills
Good communication skills

Responsibilities (but not limited to:)

Service existing clients
Parts sourcing
Assist Service Department with parts request orders
Assist with telephonic queries and parts sales
Assist walk-in customers and provide excellent service with regards to parts
Provide best customer service
Handle customer complaints
Receive & log stock into inventory
Notify service department when parts / back ordered have been received
Maintain parts department neat and tidy
