Job Title: Creditors Clerk and Admin

Location: Spartan, Kempton Park

Salary: R15 000.00 - R20 000.00 PER MONTH

Vancancy Type: Full-Time

Requirements:

Must mainly be able to handle creditors functions, with experience in wages and a payroll background
3-5 years experience in this role
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong communication and administrative skills
Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience working on accounting or payroll software
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail

Duties and responsibilities:

Processing supplier invoices and ensuring timely payments
Performing bank reconciliations
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Preparing financial documentation for the bookkeeper or accountant
Processing weekly wages from time and attendance records onto payroll software
Assisting with general administrative duties when required
Handling supplier and account-related queries professionally
