SUMMARY:
A client in the retail industry is seeking a Creditors Clerk / Stock Controller to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Creditors experience
  • Invoicing 
  • Stock control / management 
  • Numeracy skills and accuracy
  • Pastel and excel knowledge required
  • Sync experience advantageous
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Updating of job costs, where required (including rejects)
  • Comparison of budget cost to actual cost and investigation where required
  • Preparation of weekly CMT payments and ensuring all checks performed
  • Processing of invoices on Pastel
  • Preparation of monthly creditor reconciliations
  • Preparation of payment requisitions
  • Daily integration of Sync invoices into Pastel
  • Sending out remittances (CMT’s and outwork)
  • Ensure stock is accurately captured (samples, imported stock)
  • Monthly review of the WIP report and ensure jobs closed
  • Monthly inspection of stock written off
