SUMMARY:
Are you a detail-driven finance professional with strong local and foreign creditors experience? We’re looking for a Creditors Clerk with 3–5 years’ experience to join our Multi-National team, This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with inter-company and freight transactions, thrives on problem-solving, and has recent SAP exposure

POSITION INFO:
What you’ll be doing:

Managing invoicing, payments & creditors reconciliations (local & international)
Handling inter-company and local freight transactions
Maintaining creditors age analysis & resolving supplier queries
Performing GL reconciliations and preparing expense schedules (travel, training, repairs, etc.)
Compiling monthly forecast sales, exposure & treasury reports
Reconciling and confirming monthly intercompany balances with Group
Supporting management with ad hoc finance tasks

ð¯ What we’re looking for:

3–5 years’ relevant experience in creditors (local & foreign)
SAP experience (recent) is essential
Strong understanding of inter-company & freight transactions
Bookkeeping Certificate / Diploma in Bookkeeping or Accounting
Analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail
Ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships
