SUMMARY:
Well-established manufacturing company based in Alberton is seeking a Creditors Clerk / Buyer to join their dynamic team.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Matric (Grade 12)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role (Procurement / Creditors / Buying)
Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (experience with ERP systems advantageous)

Responsibilities:

Place purchase orders with local and international suppliers
Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
Receive and verify stock and supplier invoices
Match purchase orders, goods received notes, and supplier invoices
Process and capture supplier invoices for payment
Reconcile creditor accounts and resolve queries
Prepare and submit invoices and supporting documents to accounts for payment
Maintain accurate records of all procurement and creditor transactions
Assist with month-end closing and reporting
