SUMMARY:
Ballito. Opportunity exists for meticulous, experienced Creditors Clerk / Admin Assistant to join trendy, up-market specialists within Interior Design.

POSITION INFO:

Will suit strong admin driven candidate with good knowledge of spreadsheets, formulas, and adept at working with figures. Ability to work under pressure and manage quick turnaround times are also required.

Responsibilities:

Full creditors control function (capturing, balancing and monthly reconciliation of all creditors) in Pastel V14 and Excel
Preparation, maintaining and updating of weekly payment schedules for client projects in Excel
Obtaining quotes from suppliers for costing purposes
Preparation of client’s costings and quotations (in Excel and Word)
Processing of Pastel invoicing and statements for clients
Typing client quotes in Word
Liaising with clients regarding payments and installations
Petty cash
Ordering and maintaining office stationery requirements and dealing with office printers and related issues
