SUMMARY:
Apply now to report directly to the Financial Manager of a gorgeously located company. They are looking for a dynamic Creditors Clerk who will bring excitement, enthusiasm, and passion to their finance team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Complete the full creditors function up to supplier statement reconciliations and age analysis
Capture invoices on Sage Evolution within set deadlines
Preparing full creditor audit file which will be reviewed by the Balance sheet manager before external audits
Support Financial Managers and CFO with any creditor queries
Assist Financial Managers with audit queries relating to suppliers
Perform full audit of invoices and ensure all invoices have approved orders before processing
Follow up with suppliers and managers
Ensure all invoices have the correct VAT numbers
Complete ordering processes by following the company financial manual
Add suppliers as beneficiaries with selected banks
Compile payment requisitions and attached invoices, reconciliations, and supplier ledger to payment batch
Load payments into the bank and receive authorization from managers
Perform weekly and monthly payments

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3-5 Years of Creditors Clerk experience
Hospitality experience advantageous
Ability to work in a team
Deadline driven individual who can work in a high-pressure environment
Good knowledge of VAT processing

Qualification:
Matric non-negotiable
Financial Diploma advantageous
