JOB DESCRIPTION:

Seeking an immediately available Creditors Clerk that is based in Cape Town

Responsibilities

In this role you are responsible for matching invoices, reconciling vendors statements, following up on queries, and ensuring accurate and on time payment runs.
To ensure that invoices are matched accurately and on time for vendors to be paid in time and the AP Team have the routine support daily.
Match and reconcile supplier account
Deal with suppliers queries
Involvement in payment run
Ad-Hoc duties
SHEQ responsibilities

Requirements

Grade 12
MS Office proficiency
SAP advantageous
2 - 3 years Accounts payable experience; 1-2 years' experience in an creditors environment consisting of various departments/ plants
