Creditors Clerk

Accurate processing of daily invoices
Ensuring the correct allocations to supplier
General Ledger accounts
Properly authorize all invoices in accordance with levels of authority
Monthly creditors reconciliations, preparation of accruals and creditors age analysis commentary
Inter-company invoicing for related party transactions (processing and generating)
Ad hoc department duties and tasks
Liaising with other departments to resolve queries and resolving queries from the finance department
Travel arrangements- booking of flights, car rental, accommodation, sending all travel information etc.

Skills & Experience:
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to provide exceptional customer service to suppliers and customers
Strong administration and organisational skills
Good time management skills
Attention to detail
Goal orientated and self motivating
Excellent work ethic
Experience with full creditors function

Qualification:
Matric certificate
Finance diploma or similar is advantageous
