SUMMARY:
Creditors Clerk (Temp Position):

Our client in the Cape Winelands Area is looking for a Temporary Creditors Clerk to join their team for a 9-month contract. This position will report to the Financial Manager and Managing Directors.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Pastel experience is a must
+4 years’ experience in a similar role
Computer literate
Relevant qualification
Strong experience on Excel
Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Matric certificate

Responsibilities:

Capturing of GRN, supplier invoices and cashbook
Daily bank reconciliation
Processing of customers discounts
Keeping records of customers discount structures
Daily COD signoff and management signoff thereof
Weekly creditor reconciliation
Support the sales representatives with credit card reconciliation and fleet card reconciliation
Ordering of stationery
General adhoc duties
