Creditors Clerk

Requirements:

• Pastel experience is a must
• +4 years’ experience in a similar role
• Computer literate
• Relevant qualification
• Strong experience on Excel
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
• Matric certificate

Responsibilities:

• Capturing of GRN, supplier invoices and cashbook
• Daily bank reconciliation
• Processing of customers discounts
• Keeping records of customers discount structures
• Daily COD signoff and management signoff thereof
• Weekly creditor reconciliation
• Support the sales representatives with credit card reconciliation and fleet card reconciliation
• Ordering of stationery
• General adhoc duties
