SUMMARY:
A successful Engineering company based in the Northern Suburbs is seeking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Creditors Clerk to join their Finance team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:
  • Monthly reconciliations.
  • Correct allocation of supplier payments.
  • Suppliers: Actively resolving any queries on accounts and questioning differences.
  • Assisting Accountant with yearly audits.
  • Communicate with suppliers for outstanding invoices and monthly statements.
  • Other ad hoc duties within the scope of the role.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
  • Applicable Tertiary Qualification.
  • High volume processing experience.
  • Deadline driven and highly accurate.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Working Knowledge of Pastel Evolution.
  • Computer literate / Microsoft office.
