SUMMARY:
A successful Engineering company based in the Northern Suburbs is seeking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Creditors Clerk to join their Finance team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
Applicable Tertiary Qualification.
High volume processing experience.
Deadline driven and highly accurate.
Strong numerical skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Working Knowledge of Pastel Evolution advantage.
Computer literate / Microsoft office.

Responsibilities:

Monthly reconciliations.
Correct allocation of supplier payments.
Suppliers: Actively resolving any queries on accounts and questioning differences.
Assisting Accountant with yearly audits.
Communicate with suppliers for outstanding invoices and monthly statements.
Other ad hoc duties within the scope of the role.
