SUMMARY:
A well established security company based in Randburg is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Creditors Clerk to join its finance team. The successful candidate will have strong experience in high-volume creditor environments, complex reconciliations, and strict payment controls. Immediate availability is essential.

POSITION INFO:
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Full creditors function from invoice processing to payment
Managing many vendors and high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently
Performing complex supplier reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
Ensuring timely and accurate payments in line with company policies and payment terms
Maintaining supplier accounts and long-term vendor relationships
Preparing creditor schedules and reports for management
Ensuring compliance with bank requirements, payment approvals, and internal controls
Assisting with bank audits and financial audits, including providing supporting documentation
Capturing and processing transactions on SAP
Ensuring adherence to deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field (essential)
3–5 years’ proven experience as a Creditors Clerk
Previous experience within the Mining, Banking, FMCG, or similar high-volume industry
SAP experience is mandatory
Strong understanding of creditor reconciliations and payment cycles
Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
Available to start immediately
