Creditors / Cashbook Clerk

SUMMARY:
A dynamic company is expanding its finance team and is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Creditors / Cashbook Clerk to take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of companies.

Duties:
 

• Full creditors function for approximately 12 entities
• Accurate reconciliation and processing of cashbooks
• Preparing and executing creditor payments via internet banking
• Requesting and managing monthly accounts from municipalities, Eskom, SLAs, and other vendors
• Ensuring timely and accurate reconciliations using Excel

• Matric (Grade 12)
• National Diploma in Accounting

• Proven experience as a Creditors / Cashbook Clerk
• Solid working knowledge of MDA or MRI Property Central
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
• Previous property industry experience would be an advantage
