Creditors Administrator/ Clerk - Boksburg

Our client in the machinery hiring sector is seeking a Creditors Clerk with 3- 5 years, our client works on Sage Evolution as well as MCS (a rental system)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

High volumes and lots of pressure
All Creditor Payments
Reconcile of Creditors Stock and Non-Stock
Cod Payments Cod Payments is processed with all documentation
Batch Posting/Journals
Checking all invoices ensure that it is signed off by the Branch Manager and also have a Company Stamp on it
Update Suspense Reports
Open New Accounts on Sage Evolution System
Update Age-Analysis
Do Purchase orders and Goods Receive on Sage Evolution for Non-Stock
Filing of Creditors Reconciliations
Request Statements from suppliers and outstanding invoices
