A retail company which is rapidly growing, seeks a dynamic and driven Creditors Accountant to join their finance team based in Cape Town.

In this role, you will be responsible for the full creditors / accounts payable function, as well as all related accounting that goes hand-in-hand with the function. You will also be tasked with roll-outs and new implementations, and managing and transforming the accounts payable team.

This role will be ideal for a Financial Manager coming from a small to medium entity, or a Creditors Manager coming from a larger business.

Candidates who think of themselves as driven, meticulous on attention to detail and consencious in follow ups and feedback are invited to apply for this opportunity.

Education:

CA(SA) or TOP CIMA is a non-negotiable

Skills & Experience:

Completed SAICA articles within a medium to large firm is essential for this role

3 to 5 years'' experience within the retail or FMCG industry is essential

Large retail client exposure is a non-negotiable

Sage experience

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Financial acumen

Strong personality

Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment

Team player
