As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Credit Vetting Agent.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

• Credit Management Certification: Holding a credit management certification will be advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills are a requirement.
• Experience with Solid will be advantageous.

NECESSARY EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE:

• Experience in Credit Vetting: At least 2-3 years of experience in credit vetting, preferably within a financial or renewable energy industry.
• Understanding of Renewable Energy Sector: Familiarity with the renewable energy landscape in South Africa, particularly regarding financing and credit practices.
• Customer Service Background: Proven experience in handling customer queries related to financial transactions or banking details.

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze financial information and credit histories to assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail when processing debit order mandates and resolving banking-related queries.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in handling complex financial transactions or discrepancies.
• Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to accept responsibility and challenges.
• Knowledge of credit vetting and credit control processes and procedures.
• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office).
