SUMMARY:
Our client is a manufacturer of electronic and electromechanical components for the electronics industry. They are currently recruiting for a young and motivated Credit Controller who will be based Kempton Park on a 4 month Contract.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements

Essential: Matric or equivalent.
Essential: 3-5 years’ experience as a Credit Contorller.
Essential: Computer literate.
Beneficial: Credit Control qualification.

Roles and Responsibilities

Collections, both telephonically and via email.
Using low DSO to increase cash flow.
Meeting the department KPI’s.
Customer accounts reconciliation.
Payment allocation.
Liaise with Customers, Creditor Controllers and Area Sales Managers.
Following company procedures to release orders.
Following up of delinquent accounts to minimize bad debts.
Reporting to Creditors Manager.
Preparing legal accounts for the Legal Department.
Ad hoc responsibilities.
Overtime may be required.
