JOB DESCRIPTION:

The purpose of this role is to provide a comprehensive range of accounting service and the following

Ensuring a healthy cash flow
Managing a book of debtor’s accounts and ensuring timely payments of outstanding invoices
Resolving of problems in relation to invoices payments
Reconciling complex month-end accounts
Reporting to management on outstanding issue while highlining potential debtor problems
Releasing of orders, running of orders on hold
Managing of accounts according to payment terms
The full debtors’ functions including invoice preparations
Preparing and update detailed debtors aging report and submit to management

The Ideal Candidate has the following

2-3 Years working in accounting related field
Ability to handle large volume of transaction
Minimum of 3 years studying towards accounting qualification
3 years accounting qualification or credit management
