SUMMARY:
Company based in Pretoria seeks a Credit Controller (Commercial)/Property Administrator from the property industry. Fluent in English and Afrikaans (Verbal and Written)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans (Verbal and Written)
  • Matric is essential
  • Tertiary qualification 
  • Proficient on MS Office 
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Excellent telephonic etiquette
  • Collection of rent from residential / commercial clients
  • Computer system - MDA System 
  • 80% Credit Controlling and 20% Property Administration 
  • Handle queries relating to account recons, assessment rates, utilities, etc
  • Provide reports on accounts in arrears
  • Blacklist tenants
  • Update and maintain client information
  • Rent-roll reconciliations 
  • Reconcile credit balance accounts
