SUMMARY:
Great opportunity available in Kyalami for an experienced Credit Controller to join a multi-national company. The purpose of the role is to perform various functions related to the delivery of excellent customer service in the Team, including ensuring that the customers pay in accordance with agreed credit terms and resolving queries and customer requests.

We’re looking for a driven Credit Controller to manage credit applications, payment allocations, account queries and overdue collections — ensuring smooth order flow and exceptional customer service.

What you’ll do:

Approve credit applications and review credit limits
Monitor and release blocked orders as a high priority
Complete payment allocations within set turnaround times
Resolve internal and external account queries promptly
Contact customers on overdue accounts and issue dunning letters per policy
Be responsible for a book of R3-5m with a high volume of accounts ie. approximately 300-350 accounts
Prepare accurate adjustment journals and credit notes
Maintain up-to-date digital records on SAP
Collaborate closely with management and other departments

What we’re looking for:
â Strong Credit Control / Accounts Receivable experience
â SAP experience essential
â Excellent communication and organisational skills
â Detail-oriented, proactive and solutions-driven
