SUMMARY:
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in commercial vehicle parts sales, strong product knowledge, and the ability to provide excellent service to customers.

POSITION INFO:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist customers with identifying and sourcing the correct commercial vehicle parts.
Provide parts advice, pricing and quotations to customers.
Process counter sales, orders and invoices accurately.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Assist with parts enquiries and follow up on outstanding requests.
Maintain accurate records on the computer system.
Support the team with general parts and counter-sales duties.
Participate in standby, call-outs and weekend work when required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

5 years or more experience in commercial vehicle parts sales.
Experience with parts for Scania, MAN, Volvo, FAW and/or Shacman vehicles.
Must be based in Middelburg or live within a reasonable commuting distance.
Must have own reliable transport and be able to attend standby and call-outs.
Computer literate with the ability to work on parts/sales systems.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Must be willing to work weekends and after-hours when required.
Commercial vehicle / truck parts knowledge will be highly advantageous.
