SUMMARY:
COSTINGS ADMINISTRATOR CLERK (JNB)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Costing of stock received from Foreign Suppliers
  • Processing of Invoices and Credit Notes on Pastel
  • Capturing of all payments and cashbook entries onto Pastel
  • Reconciling Foreign Creditor Accounts
  • Inventory and Stock on-hand reports
  • Checking and Capturing of POD’s
  • Adhoc functions
Skills and Experience:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong Excel understanding and experience
  • Brief knowledge on air & sea freight and custom duty principles, calculations & processes
  • Highly numerate
  • Accountable and proactive
Minimum Requirements
  • Relevant Tertiary Education
  • Excel
  • Min. of 3 Years Bookkeeping / Costing Experience
  • PASTEL experience essential (NB!!)
  • Experience in an Import environment would be beneficial
