SUMMARY:
COSTINGS ADMINISTRATOR CLERK (JNB)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Costing of stock received from Foreign Suppliers
Processing of Invoices and Credit Notes on Pastel
Capturing of all payments and cashbook entries onto Pastel
Reconciling Foreign Creditor Accounts
Inventory and Stock on-hand reports
Checking and Capturing of POD’s
Adhoc functions

Skills and Experience:

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong Excel understanding and experience
Brief knowledge on air & sea freight and custom duty principles, calculations & processes
Highly numerate
Accountable and proactive

Minimum Requirements

Relevant Tertiary Education
Excel
Min. of 3 Years Bookkeeping / Costing Experience
PASTEL experience essential (NB!!)
Experience in an Import environment would be beneficial
