Costing & Warranty Administrator - Johannesburg North, Gauteng

POSITION INFO:
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in vehicle costing and warranty processes? Our clients busy and reputable dealership is looking for a Costing & Warranty Administrator to join their team and ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all costing and warranty activities.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12).
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role at a dealership.
Strong knowledge of vehicle warranty policies and procedures.
Working knowledge of dealership management systems (e.g., Kerridge, Automate, Autoline).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process all job cards and costings for workshop repairs and services.
Submit and track warranty claims in line with manufacturer guidelines.
Reconcile warranty payments and follow up on claim rejections or short payments.
Maintain up-to-date records of all costing and warranty-related documentation.
Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and OEM representatives to resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and manufacturer standards.
Assist with audit preparation and respond to warranty-related queries.
