Job Description – CORPORATE RETAIL SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Overview:

Our client a well-established manufacturer of leather shoes based in Clanwilliam is searching for Corporate Retail Sales Executives. You will be responsible for generating new business, building lasting relationships with clients, and exceeding sales targets.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

Identify and prospect potential Corporate Retail clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
Present and articulate the value proposition of the company’s products effectively.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and operations, to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in a retail setting, Minimum 3 – 5 years
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients effectively.
Self-motivated and driven by achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients

Compensation:

Salary based on experience and qualifications
