In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing coffee machines across various client sites. You’ll carry out preventative maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure that all equipment performs at optimal levels. Supporting customers with training and guidance, you’ll play a key role in maintaining service excellence, while completing accurate service reports and ensuring minimal downtime.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Relevant technical qualification (Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in coffee machines or similar beverage/food service equipment.
• Strong fault-finding, repair, and preventative maintenance skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage client relationships, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for site visits.
