Description of role:

• Processing, researching and managing of all Daily / Weekly Corporate Actions / Dividends to provide a world class offering to the business locally and abroad.

• Always provide professional service, prompt response and timeously query resolution to all our customers internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Corp Action / Dividends processing, research and managing (daily)
• Attend to client queries in a professional and timely manner

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Current qualifications within the financial industry
• Minimum 2years previous experience in Corporate Actions / Settlements
• Completion of STRATE courses (Corporate Actions and/or Settlements) will be an advantage
• Effective Time management skills
• Ability to concentrate and bring strong working structure under pressure
• Minimum Intermediate to good level Excel
• Strong numeracy and administrative skills
• Proficient on MS Office – Excel, MS Word, Power point, Outlook.
• Good written and verbal English
• Good researching skills
• Good typing and communication skills.
