Conveyancing Secretary

SUMMARY:
Our esteemed client, within George, is seeking a Conveyancing Secretary to join their dynamic team!

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 Certificate.
• 3 to 5 years' experience in Conveyancing.
• Proven experience in drafting and registering Mortgage Bonds and Bond Cancellations.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication, reporting and typing skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
• Experience with Lexis Convey, E4 and AJS, or similar conveyancing software.

• Drafting and registration of Mortgage Bonds.
• Processing and registration of Bond Cancellations.
• Liaising with financial institutions, clients and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with conveyancing procedures and legislative requirements.
• Managing transactions accurately and within prescribed timeframes.
• The key responsibility areas will be the Registration and Cancellation of Mortgage Bonds.
