SUMMARY:
Legal Administrator (sales)/ Conveyancing Paralegal

JOB DESCRIPTION:

An established legal firm in the Upper Highway area is looking for an experienced and competent sales administrator/paralegal to join their team.
 
The role will focus on assisting the Property Development Attorneys in securing the financial aspects of property sales on off-plan developments.  It will involve reporting to clients and banks and liaison with clients, estate agents and purchasers.
 
Requirements:-
  • Previous experience in property sales admin – either handling estate agency admin or as a conveyancing paralegal
  • Advanced Excel /Word
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Paralegal qualification/experience will be an advantage
