Conveyancing Paralegal (Transfers)

SUMMARY:
A well-established law firm based in KZN La Lucia, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team
Salary: R12 000 - R15 000 CTC per month

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• Relevant experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal 
• Strong experience handling property transfers from inception through to completion
• Experience with E4 is essential
• Solid knowledge of the conveyancing process and the ability to manage matters independently
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Managing conveyancing matters from instruction through to registration
• Preparing and drafting relevant transfer documentation
• Liaising with clients, attorneys, banks, agents and other relevant parties
• Attending to correspondence, follow-ups and outstanding documentation
• Ensuring matters progress efficiently through each stage of the transfer process
• General conveyancing administration and support
