Content Development Manager (Not Social Media)

SUMMARY:
A dynamic and growing Learning & Development organisation is seeking an experienced Content Development Manager to lead the strategic development, governance, and delivery of its learning portfolio. This newly created leadership role offers the opportunity to influence business strategy, drive innovation, and build a high-performing content function within a fast-evolving digital learning environment.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements
- Degree in HR or a related field.
- 7+ years' experience in content development, instructional design, curriculum development, e-learning, or learning solutions.
- Previous management experience is essential.
- Experience within a commercial learning provider, training organisation, consulting environment, or digital learning business.
- Knowledge of QCTO and accreditation requirements would be advantageous.
- Experience working with LMS platforms and learning technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and project management capabilities
 
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the content development function and team.
- Drive content strategy, product development, and programme innovation.
- Ensure academic governance, quality assurance, and compliance.
- Manage programme implementation and operational readiness.
- Collaborate on LMS, digital learning, and AI-enabled content initiatives.
- Lead multiple projects while managing delivery timelines, resources, and quality standards.
