Role Overview

An exciting opportunity is available for a driven and target-focused Contact Agent to join a high-performance team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and enjoy engaging with professionals to generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce services
• Generate new business by sourcing leads and booking appointments
• Engage with medical professionals and secure appointments for financial advisors
• Maintain and manage appointment schedules in line with advisor diaries
• Work closely with financial advisors and internal teams
• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Contribute to overall new business revenue growth

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• 1–3 years’ experience in call centre, telesales, or outbound sales
• Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting
