Construction Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities

Site Construction and maintenance & repairs.
Supervising Others.
Pre-planning prior to site establishment.
Site assessment and reporting.
Manage Job Completion and Hand Over.
Ensure Safety of Staff & construction sub-contractors.
Ensure Quality assurance and Quality Control.
Maintaining a good customer relationship.

Qualification

Experience in a construction supervisory role.
Good Knowledge of Health institution functional structures.
Must have knowledge of construction site experience
Proven ability to work under pressure.
Good communication skills in English both verbal and written.
Working knowledge of Safety and Quality Procedures
Excellent problem-solving skills.
