SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a professional and highly detail-oriented Minutes Administrator to provide confidential administrative support

POSITION INFO:

The successful candidate will attend meetings, accurately capture discussions and key points, and prepare professional and comprehensive minutes to serve as the formal record

Key Responsibilities

Attend meetings for the full duration of each scheduled session.
Take detailed, accurate and professional notes throughout the consultation.
Capture key discussions, decisions, questions and relevant outcomes.
Type and format meeting minutes following each consultation.
Ensure minutes accurately reflect the discussions and serve as a reliable formal record.
Submit completed minutes to the client within the agreed timeframe.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information discussed
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

Previous experience taking formal or professional meeting minutes is essential.
Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
Strong listening and note-taking skills.
Ability to accurately capture information in a fast-paced discussion.
Excellent typing and administrative skills.
Professional and confident manner.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Reliable and available for the required dates.
Experience working with sensitive or confidential information would be advantageous.
